Overview of setup for measuring Neo1973 battery current. The Fluke multimeter measures the resistance of this current probe and the meter (on the 500mA scale) as 0.6 ohms, and it seems to be pretty accurate. If I use the Fluke as the current meter, when the Fluke auto-ranges into a low current range, its resistance is about 40 ohms, and the phone cannot power on. Also the analog meter does a little averaging so it's easier to read - not so "jumpy".
