Recent Changes should be a good place to look for interesting new stuff.

RTP/RTSP - I want to use it for a whole-house audio system.
Bug Parade - annoying bugs in other people's software that I'd sure like to see fixed
USB autolaunch - I want certain specialized hardware to launch the relevant applications when plugged in

-The ability for you, the reader, to create an account, in order to do some editing, is now disabled due to abuse by spam bots.  This is mostly a personal home page after all... I chose to use a wiki because I like being able to easily link between things, and I don't like writing too much HTML from scratch.  So far I do not know of a better system that represents the ideal of the bliki (a wiki that contains blogs, or a blog that uses wiki syntax and linking).  I think I'm going to have to write one, to get all the features that I eventually want.
